Unfortunately, the contact site is a dead end. Using Facebook and Twitter for support sounds ridiculous to me. Sorry, this would be the worst customer service or user experience if no other way to talk to a real person. Several years ago I did not have this problem and got an excellent customer support but today - nightmare.
