You can add additional 1099-DIV information by taking the following steps: 

1.) Federal

2.) Interest and Dividends

3.) Dividends on 1099-DIV

4.) On the screen that says Here's the Dividend Info we have so far, you will see a button that says +Add Another Broker or Payer (see screenshot)
