I went through healthcare.gov in 2018 & will not receive a 1095-A due to paying without tax credit (I paid the full premium each month) and having a catistrophic plan. Ive been told multiple times after calling the number I should be recieving a 1095-B-if even anything at all-from my insurance company last year. How do i file this? It only sends me to the page stating I need an A?

The purpose of the 1095-A form is to help TurboTax reconcile the amount of PTC (Premium Tax Credit) that you received versus the amount that you should have received.
In your case, though, you did not receive any PTC, so going through the reconciliation is pointless.
When you get into the Health Insurance part of the return, say (1) you were covered all year (assuming you were), and (2) say "No" to "Did you have Obamacare?"
This will avoid the whole 1095-A discussion. It also should not bother the IRS, because they won't receive a copy of the 1095-A anyway, so they won't even realize that you had Obamacare.
