Trying to transfer 2025 tax data (1099) from Wells Fargo results in a persistent loop. Ttax desktop. Specified only tax data on Wells Fargo site, get confirmation from WF of data sharing, and Ttax goes back to "Go to Bank."
Spent 40 minutes on the phone with Turbo Tax customer service. They screen shared and had me try various things, all to no avail. Finally advised me to enter manually.
Transferred data from Fidelity and Morgan Stanley with no issues.

If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.

The Local Network Toggle has been on.
I'm having the same issue as the others on this thread. One recommended solution was to enter manually, but this is not an option for me due to the magnitude of transactions. If this cannot be resolved, I'd like a refund.
You can enter a Sales Category Summary, which is what we did before 'import' options became available. Here's How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions. Did you try the LAN solution posted above?

I resolved this issue by selecting Wells Fargo Clearing Services rather than Wells Fargo when doing the import.
