We were divorced May 2nd 2018 can we file jointly this year we're living together

No, it is based on the last day of 2018. If you were considered as divorced on December 31, 2018, you cannot file a Joint return.

No, it is based on the last day of 2018. If you were considered as divorced on December 31, 2018, you cannot file a Joint return.
