We we're getting errors while trying to order Turbo Tax 2017. Today our bank statement shows it was ordered 11 times. Help!

We don't want 11 copies, just one.  We want to install with CD. After receiving errors we joined the Advantage plan because it said we could no longer renew. The credit card they had on file expired in 2015.  I entered a current Visa card.  We'll, as you can see, it went through 11 times!

This is the public user forum.  We cannot see anything regarding activity on your TurboTax account or your credit card.  No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you.  You can make your request with Customer Support.  Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”
