We purchased a package from Costco online for turbo tax with a $10 credit. I filed my taxes and nothing was applied?

Did you use the Desktop program installed on your computer or end up in the Online browser version?  How much did you pay and what did you pay for?  In the Desktop program the only fees should be the $25 to efile a state return.  I used Costco and got the $10 off the 25, so  it was only $15.    Or if you had to buy another different state program download in addition to the first first state download.

I normally use the desktop version but it had a pop up that they recommended to use the web browser didn't think it’d be an issue till the end.

Yes sorry.  The Online version is different than the Desktop program.  You probably noticed several other big differences.   Online has less features and no Forms Mode.  You can only do 1 return per account.    Your return is only saved online so be sure to save both the .tax2025 data file and the pdf file to your computer when you are done.  In case you need to amend in the future or if you need a copy to get a loan or something.  You might not be able to access your online return when you need a copy.
