You can buy TurboTax 2024 (for the 2024 tax year) directly from the Intuit website as a download for Windows or Mac, or through Amazon. 
But that won’t help you retrieve your 2024 tax return unless you transferred the tax file to your new computer.

if you bought the 2024 desktop app you should be able to download it from your TurboTax account.

Sign in, then go to the billings and products tab.
