We made a typo on our home address and already filed electronically. We will receive direct deposit. Is it alright? Should we fill out another form to fix the typo?

It will not be a problem if your direct deposit is successful and if the IRS does not need to correspond with you. You should go ahead and send an address change form to the IRS: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8822.pdf

If we fill out a change of address form, do we put the incorrect address as the old address?  We put David Drive instead of Davis Drive.  Since we moved in 2018, should use our old address?
