We just filed tax through Turbo Tax and it is asking to send the Form 8453 through mail? Why it is so?

you probably had summary totals for some security sales reported on schedule D/8949. the IRS requires the details of those totals which should accompany the 8453.

I need to make a change directly on a tax form that I cannot access through the questions that turbotax is asking me when I go to amend my return
