We haven't received the 1095A yet but we didn't receive an advance premium credit and won't qualify for one now. Can I file without the 1095A?

No, but you can try to log onto your Marketplace website and see if your Form 1095-A is available through there.
You should get your 1095-A no later than mid-February, but only if you purchased health insurance in 2017 through Healthcare.gov or your state’s Health Insurance Marketplace.
If you didn't receive your 1095-A or lost it, you can get a copy from your Marketplace online account or contact them directly for assistance.
