Yes.

You need to set an account up for another tax return. Each Tax Return requires it's own account. (online TurboTax)

You may use the same email address. BUT it is best to use a totally different email address if possible so there's no confusion on log in.

Each online account needs it's own log in username and password.

In the desktop version, you can have multiple returns in process at the same time with the cd.  They just cannot have the same file name when you save them.
