If the amount reported was purely a reimbursement of expenses and not undertaken as a for-profit activity, you could enter the expenses as a "negative" amount in the Other Reportable Income interview (Federal Taxes > Wages and Income > Less Common Income > Miscellaneous Income). Description would be "1099-MISC Expense Reimbursement".
