We have 2 daughters that are college students. How can we claim them as dependents? Your forms are telling us we can't because they earned more than $5050?

Last year we were able to claim them both and they both earned more (closer to $7000).

Did you indicate that they were full time students? And did you indicate that you provided over one-half of their support? In the section for their Social Security number, you should NOT have checked the box "not valid for employment"

Are the both under the age of 24?

HI have an error IND-517-02 My daughter sumitted her taxes and did not check the box that I was claiming her as a dependent. She has since amended the return
