We had received an e-mail with a 50% off offer if we finished and filed before March 26. We finished and filed our taxes and were charged the full amount. What's up?

In order to have received the discount, you had to of clicked the link and followed that specific link to your TurboTax account. If you did not follow the link and immediately click "take me to my return" you would have lost the navigation to the discount.

It seems quite disingenuous to require one to jump through loops to access a promotion for which you were notified.  Although a customer for many years we may have to discontinue our use of TurboTax and utilize one of many competitors.  Really disappointed in TurboTax!!
