We filed jointly last year and this year is married separate. I confirmed my AGI with our accountant from last year and the IRS is still rejecting it. What do I do?

If the 2024 return was a joint return, you each use the same total AGI shown on the original 2024 Form 1040, Line 11.   If you have the correct 2024 AGI, but it's being rejected, try using an AGI of 0.    If that doesn't work, report back for another suggestion to still efile.

Sometimes the 2024 AGI is not in the IRS efile database because someone filed late in the year, filed late on paper, or simply for reasons unknown.,   But using an AGI of 0 usually solves it.

I forgot to mention above the 2024 AGI has to be from your original 2024 return--not an amended one (if applicable.)  I have now added that above.    If the original 2024 AGI rejected, then try the AGI of 0.   If that fails, please report back for a third suggestion to still efile.
