We entered wife's IRS issued 6 digit PIN. TurboTax error review sends us back to enter 5 digit PIN for each. Is this ALSO required?

A 2016 filing was made by ID theft of wife's.  IRS flagged us since it was filed as an individual and we always file jointly. IRS issued wife a 6 digit PIN.  We entered it in Deluxe TurboTax,  The TurboTax review portion required us to enter a 5 digit PIN for each on the "Enter Identifying Information for E-filing" page.  Do we need two 5 digit PIN's PLUS these two additional 5 digit PIN's??  If not how do we clear this error or do we just ignore it?

I now see that the 6 digit. PIN is the IRS's way of ensuring correct identification,  The 5 digit is also required as it is an electronic signature.
