We do not have W-2 Form, how do we enter a State or Zip Code to e-file if we do not have any.

Turbo Tax won't e-file. We do not have W-2 Forms nor did we enter any. There is no W-2 Form so there is no State or Zip code for a W-2. How do I get past this point in the process of e-filing ?The Turbo Tax process keeps asking us for the Zip Code and State on our W-2 Forms.

There may be something erroneous in the W-2 section.  To check:

1.  Click Federal Taxes across the top.

2.  Click Wages & Income across the top.

3.  Click I’ll choose what I work on.

4.  Scroll down to Wages and Salaries.

5.  Click Start or Update by Wages and Salaries.
