We do not have three W2s. We have one from the State of Wisconsin and one from SVA Certified Public Accountants. Turbo is showing a third W2 that does not exist?

You can Delete that W-2 from the W-2 Summary page.

Click on the Trash Can at the right side of the entry (screenshot).
