I had a problem with my credit card because I put a period after my middle initial where the credit card does not show a period. I put "John Q. Public" but the credit card shows "John Q Public"
Maybe that's the problem.

I have changed my email address, but somehow receipts for my purchase of Turbotax desktop every year are still going to my ex's email address. How do I get rid of it?
