We are part of a medical sharing ministry and need to file form 8965 but the program is not asking for it and want an exemption certificate number, which we don't have?

Why is the program still asking for an exemption certificate number when a medical sharing ministry doesn't five one?

Be sure to select "Health care sharing ministry member" on the screen that asks "Did anyone have a situation that waives the tax penalty for being uninsured?"

Continue to the screen to fill out the months you were covered. 

If you were covered all year, you will see "That's all we need on your 2018 coverage" and you're done with the health care section.
