You think you were charged too much? Not sure what you mean by "all three packages," but no one in the user forum can view your account or help with billing issues.

No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you. You can make your request with Customer Support. Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”

What do you mean by 3 packages? Or do you mean you are seeing 3 fees?
Are you using Online Deluxe as is indicated underneath your question above? Here are typical fees in that edition. Maybe these 3 fees would explain what you are seeing??
Deluxe Federal return 59.99
State return 44.99
And if you chose to pay those fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers). That payment method can be removed prior to filing if you want to pay upfront to avoid that fee by using credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store. We can tell you how.
