Was my return filed electronically or do I have to print and mail it?

I had computer problems when I finished my return and I know if my return was filed electronically.  Can you tell me if it was filed?  Thanks.

E-filing is the only way to go.  Electronically filing my taxes is the simplest and fastest way to get my refund.

You can check your efile status here https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/ 

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. 

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

I had no notification that my return was sucessfully filed and accepted- was this done?

You can check your e-file status to make sure your returns were transmitted and if they were either accepted or rejected. 

To track the progress of your refund once it has been accepted, please visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site? That is where you will find the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund.  Per the IRS, most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected. For additional information, please see the TurboTax FAQ When will I get my IRS refund?
