You appear to be using Premier Edition; at least that is the product shown underneath your question above.   The version of Premier with profession help is called "Live Premier."    If you were in a Live product, we could tell you how to remove the Live part, but you don't appear to be using Live Premier, at least from what we can see here.

Regular Premier is $90 for a Federal return and $50 for a state return.  And if you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)

Check your fees this way:

• With your return open, in the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS then TOOLS.
• In the Tools window choose MY FEES.
