Wages and income why is my job showing was employed in 2015 and i was not?

Just making sure im not saying i was employed by this place in 2015 but im not sure if it matters should i fix it ?

It shouldn't matter whether or not you were employed by the same company in 2015, as long as you report your 2016 income correctly. I'm not sure where you are seeing this, so if you respond with more information, I may be able to give a more detailed answer.
