My W2 says my gross pay was adjusted as follows to produce my W2 statement is this correct?

And box 1, 3, 5 and 16 are all exactly the same...  Is this correct?

It is not unusual for boxes 1, 3, 5, and 16 to all be the same number on a W-2.  That just means that you did not have any tax-deferred deductions taken out of your paycheck, such as contributions to a retirement plan through your work.

Without more context or information about where you see that message, I cannot say whether the statement about your gross pay being adjusted to produce your W-2 is correct or not.
