W2 Local Withholding

Live in NYC.  Scanned W2. Turbotax did not pick up Local Withholding (NYC)  in box 19 in calculating NYS income tax resulting in money owed rather than a refund. How can I edit this error

If the software didn't pick up all the entries, you will need to manually edit it to add any missing information. Go to the W-2 Section, and click on the pen icon to edit. Locate the section for box 19 and enter the missing information.
