W2. Get two from same employer, second one blank except for box 14. Do I have to enter two w2's??

Information entered in box 14 of form W-2 is generally for information only and does not affect your taxes.

Enter only the first W-2 and in box 14 of that W-2 enter the information in box 14 of the second W-2.
