Work in Louisiana, company listed as being in Texas. EIN in b, but 15 is blank.
Do I put the same EIN for both spaces? TurboTax says ID must be entered.

You can try the EIN in the state ID section if they withheld Louisiana State Tax.
The Texas Company won't have a Louisiana state ID.
If the program flags this and won't let you e-file, leave the state section of the W-2 blank and enter the state tax paid under
Deductions & Credits
Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Other Income Taxes
Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
Yea, That's what I was assuming I needed to do, as it's a payment/employee processor, they did withhold LA taxes. Just paid from them in TX.
Turbotax did accept it in the same slot, and I know it's the EIN for that LLC in TX. So I guess we'll see.
