W-2 Box 12a DD & Box 12b W - do I enter them on my Tax return? If so, where?

Yes, you will enter two lines for Box 12 when you enter your W-2. You only enter the codes once when you are entering the W-2. TurboTax will transfer the information to the correct form automatically. How to enter my Box 12 info.
Box 12 amounts with the code DD signify the total cost of what you and your employer paid for your employer-sponsored health coverage plan. Code W is contributions to an HSA.
Was I to add them and enter them on my return? It appears I only entered the DD amount.
So if Turbo Tax had my W2 - it should have entered the amount/s correctly?

No, you should have entered the amounts correctly. TurboTax cannot enter your W-2 for you.
If you didn't import your W-2, you should manually enter all information from W-2.
Box 12 codes:
DD: Cost of employer-sponsored health coverage.
W: Company contributions (including employee contributions through a cafeteria plan) to an employee's health savings account (HSA).
