W-8BEN-E or W-8ECI for foreign company doing business in the US

Hi,

I've got an LLC registered in Estonia. I traveled to the US to film videos for a US based company, but my company is not registered in the US.

I know I need to provide my client with a W-8 form, but I'm not sure which one. The W-8ECI asks for a Business address in the US, along with a US taxpayer identification number, which my company doesn't have.

Could you please help me out?

What is the difference between W-8BEN and W-8BEN-E?

Form W-8BEN is used by foreign individuals who receive nonbusiness income in the U.S., whereas W-8BEN-E is used by foreign entities who receive this type of income.

What is a form W-8BEN-E used for?

The W-8BEN-E is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) mandated form to collect correct Nonresident Alien (NRA) taxpayer information for entities for reporting purposes and to document their status for tax reporting purpose.

Thank you! I appreciate it, but that doesn't answer to my question.

I was asking the difference between W-8BEN-E and W-8ECI, which both apply to foreign entities. And if anyone has advice on how to fill them out :).
