As long as they have been entered as part of the W-2, with the associated amounts for each, then TurboTax will take care of things with regard to the tax return.
The only one that does need some attention from you is Box 12 code W. This indicates that you had contributions made to a Health Savings Account (HSA). You will need to visit the Deductions & Credits > Medical > 1099-SA, HSA, FSA section of your return to indicate that you had an HSA and verify your eligibility to make those contributions. As you go through your return, TurboTax should prompt you to take care of this.
Still...it is CRITCAL for you to edit the W-2 after any import process, to ensure all the numbers and codes did go in properly.
Mess ups happen, but happen most commonly if the import was a picture.
.....or if there are entries for box 14...those may need additional information from you.
