Very disappointed in Turbo Tax. I have been using Turbo Tax for well over 20 years. I could not pull up previous years taxes. I had to start each return as a new return, No History, Tax History Report only has this years..I would like a

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

OR...if you are using the Desktop software...you must have at least last year's .tax2019 data file on your own computer.

IF it's a new computer, you MUST copy those older tax files to the new computer before starting the new 2020 tax return, so that you can find that 2019 data file to transfer it into 2020 software.  Only then does the Tax History report become useful....and you can't skip a year, or any years prior are lost to that History sheet.
