Utah State claims they did NOT receive my tax return. Why?

Yes, according to the email I received from Turbo. Utah state said they did NOT receive it.

If you already was accepted by the State Revenue Department, they already have it.  It takes about 4 weeks before they start processing your return.  After that you can check the status of your return by selecting your state below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300211
