If you have chosen to expense rather than depreciate certain assets, you can add them in the Other Common Business Expenses section.

To enter your asset that you have elected to expense, rather than depreciate, please follow these steps:

1. In your return, click Business > Continue > I'll choose what I work on.
2. On the screen, Here's the business info we have so far, click Edit next to your business name.
   
3. On the Your [XX] Business Summary screen go to the Business Expenses section and click on the Start/Update box next to Other Common Business Expenses. 
4. On the next screen, Let's write off some business expenses, scroll down to Other Miscellaneous Expenses screen and click on the Start/Update box. 
5. On the screen Any Miscellaneous Expenses? enter the description and amount paid for the assets. Click Continue when finished.
