Using the TurboTax online editions you will need the Premier edition to enter income and expenses for rental property on Schedule E - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions, any edition can be used since all editions support Schedule E (Premier edition is recommended) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
