Using purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe

I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe from Costco. When I sign in to Intuit it takes me to Turbo Tax Online instead of allowing me to enter my license code which came in my Software from Costco. How do I enter my code and use the purchased software rather than the TurboTax online which has a $39.00 + $40.00 service fee attached with it?

Did you get the Desktop program CD or Download installed?   If you bought the CD, use the download method instead of the CD. It has more advantages over the CD and will be the current updated version and may fix installing errors the CD has. Then you can also download it another computer or if you need to reinstall it. Or just buy the Download from Turbo Tax or Costco etc.

There should be a card in the CD case or on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop CD/Download program and License Code to the Online version. They are separate prices and work different. So you need to get a refund for the Desktop program and pay for the Online version. Or switch to your Desktop program.
