Using previous tax year's software that I already paid for

I purchase TurboTax Home & Business every year. In 2023, I purchased the software from Costco. I still have the email containing my product key. However, I have a new computer this year and I didn't transfer the software from my old computer - assuming that I'd be able to download it again. I wiped my old computer. Now I need the 2023 software and I do not want to pay for it again (still have my license key that I purchased last year). Where can I find a link to download the software? The link from Costco has expired.
