Using per diem rates on the GSA website, for M&E, do i use 50% of the rate when figuring in my deductions?

For example, the M&E rate for CA is $68. Do I deduct the full amount or only 50%?

You should enter the full amount into TurboTax, the program will deduct 50% of it for you.
