Using free Turbotax form. Won't let me add info from a second Interest (1099-INT) form. No option to add another 1099 form. How do I add a second 1099 for my taxes ?

You can add a second 1099-INT form in the free version of TurboTax by returning to the "Investments and Savings" summary screen. If the program is not showing an "Add Another" option, you may need to use the "Add Investments" button to initiate a new manual entry

If prompted to import, select "Enter a different way" at the bottom of the screen. Then choose "Type it in myself"

You can easily get back to these screens to add your second Form 1099-INT as follows:

1. Click on Search at the top right of your TurboTax screen.
2. Type 1099-INT in the search box
3. Click on the link "Jump to 1099-INT"
4. It will ask, "Did you have investment income in 2025?" Select "Yes"
5. Select "Continue"
6. Select "Skip Import"
7. You will Select your investment type which is "Interest" (the box will turn green)
8. You will "Continue"
9. Then you will see the screen "Let's get the info from your 1099-INT"
10. You will type in the information on that page.
11. Answer the follow-up questions.
12. You will be able to select "Add Investments" to add any additional Form(s) 1099-INT.

Depending on which screen you are looking at...you'd normally start in picture #1 below.

....which leads to picture #2 below.....but you might already be looking at #2
