Used TurboTax last year. Can I use sprintax for my tax filing this year?

I have filed my tax with TurboTax last year. I am an International student on F1 visa. Can I file my tax this year using sprintax and append my last year case with it? Or do I have to append my last year's case?

How does a 2021 extension payment get recorded with the 2023 turbotax software? This was not recorded in 2021 or 2022 tax years. (IRS guidance is to file a schedule 3)
