Used Premier in the past, switching to Deluxe this year. Will Deluxe pull in all necessary information from Premier 2017 return to Deluxe 2018 return?

Simple - I have used Deluxe for years, but no longer have investments.  If I buy 2018 Deluxe CD, will that software pull in all necessary data from the 2017 Premier created return?

It does not matter which of the TurboTax desktop editions you used in 2017 or even if you used a Mac instead of Windows computer in 2017.  If the 2017 tax data file is located in on the same hard drive as the 2018 TurboTax program the 2017 tax data can be transferred when starting a new 2018 tax return.

Any saved PDF's and tax data files are stored by default in Documents and in the TurboTax folder.
