I used FedEx Express Saver to mail federal tax returns to IRS. Do I have to mail it again using one of the following as stated on IRS site? :

Although Fedex Express Saver service is not designated by the IRS to meet the "timely mailing as timely filing/paying" rule for tax returns and payments, it is quite acceptable to send your tax return using Fedex Express Saver.
You only need to use USPS mail or one of these services to have proof of timely filing. As you have filed well before the deadline, the IRS will receive your return in time.
DO NOT send your return again using one of the designated service as this would cause confusion..
Please read this IRS document for more information.

Thank you! Since I sent my federal returns using fedex express saver on 02/18, the IRS will definitely receive them well before the deadline and I don't need to resend. Correct?
@shahmiraizaz You have definitely sent your returns early enough to be received by the due date. However, I cannot definitely say it will arrive on time. In normal circumstances, it should arrive way ahead of April 15, 2023. Also, do not resend because that would just add confusion for the IRS. You should have sufficient proof that the return was submitted timely.
@Cynthiad66 If fedex tracking tells me that the return has been successfully delivered, should I assume that it's been received by the IRS?
Thanks!
Yes. This would be considered received.
Thank you
