The IRS is saying that I owe them back over $600. I've only ever used turbo tax and now it seems that turbo tax is taking money out of my account. I'd like to know why.

Use the Audit Support Center and speak directly with a support agent about the notice you received from the IRS.  Go to the following website for the Audit Support Center - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/irs-notice/audit-support/
