I live in the US and worked for a company that had offices in the US and in Canada.  I received two 1099-NECs.  The US 1099 had an EIN number for the company.  The Canadian one has no EIN and no SSN.  Should I use the EIN listed on the US 1099?

I suggest you report as "Other self-employed income including cash, checks, etc." in the in the income section for your self-employment.  As long as you are reporting as much, or more total income than is reported to you on Forms 1099-NEC, you will fine.
