Uploading 1099s Using Desktop (Premier)

I used TT online last year. I was able to upload documents and TT put the data where it was supposed to go. I know it handled my W-2 that way and I think it also handled my 1099s. I bought a desktop version of TT (Premier) and can't find a way to upload PDFs of my W-2 and 1099s. Is it possible? If so, how?
