First you will need to upgrade to at least Deluxe then when you get to those areas in the income tab simply follow the screen instructions.   It may be possible that the sites you are importing from will no longer be available so download a PDF of each form just in case you will need to manually enter them.

At this late date you probably will not be able to import a 2021 Form 1099-R or W-2 since the financial firms are preparing for tax year 2022.

Yes you can try to import them.   Are you having a problem?   Efiling is now closed unless your efile was rejected.   You will need to print and mail returns now.  You may need to switch to the Desktop program to finish before online shuts down.

But It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  When you enter a 1099 the first screen is How to Enter, by Import or Enter it Myself. Scroll down and click the last circle to enter it myself.
