Update is not working, Review Federal Tax Return is not working, on my Home & Business edition purchased from Office Depot. How can I get Technical Support to fix this??

Shut it down.....reboot your computer and try the separate Manual Update first:

After the Manual update installs..restart TTX and run the normal internal Update again...then try your file again.
