Unsuccessful importing tax documents from Merrill Lynch after successful logins & allowed share data with Merrill Lynch

• In TurboTax Home & Business 2025, I was able to select "Merrill" from the list of banks or brokerages and was able to login successfully when requested. Then I selected my Merrill's account and hit the Continue button. Then I was able to provide consent on sharing data with Merrill Lynch by putting a check mark on "....Share my data..." statement and hit "Share my data" button to continue. Then the new page is displayed. This page contained Merrill Lynch website link, phone number, some statements, an option to turn On/Off for auto download if file is available, and an OK button. On this page I then turned on the option for auto download and hit Ok button, but it didn't do anything after that. There is no download or import and no status at all. I have tried this process several times already and all were unsuccessful. I even changed to a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) and disabled virus software or firewall, then same unsuccessful results.  I was able to import from Bank of America and Charles Schwab successfully, but not Merrill Lynch. Maybe my TurboTax data is not ready even though my PDF file is available now for downloading from Merrill website.

Same issue here.  But, one of my accounts at Merrill does download and another one (the Edge account). does not download even though I see it in pdf form in my ml.com account.  I called Merrill and they stated all looked good on their end.

• Did you get that screen "Let's get your forms" with an OK button and an option to turn on for auto download if available? At the end I got this screen and that's it, no download or doing anything after I hit that OK button.

And it didn't do anything for your account Merrill Edge after you hit OK button?

Any way I will try again at the end of this month, if still no download, then I will generate one for myself. I knew how to do it and yesterday I have generated one temporarily & tested in TurboTax successfully.

I still couldn't download 1099-B from Merrill. I went ahead to watch this YouTube video to finish mine. It was easy for me. If you are interested, then see the video below. You can skip the 1st half video to prepare the CSV file because you can download the CSV file from Merrill too. This YouTube video showed how convert 1099-B PDF file to TXF file for tax preparation software by first converting PDF to CSV; then converting CSV to TXF with online tool from website, 1099bimporter.com. This process included the wash sale too.
