Unhelpful????  Why??? What was posted is how to contact TurboTax support.  Leave a comment if you tried this and it did not work for you.  Just marking the answer as unhelpful gives us absolutely no information on the problem you have with the answer.

I wanted to TALK to a REAL person!  An automated recording telling me to call the IRS was absolutely NO help!  When we filed, turbotax return said $1331 refund - IRS audited & we ended up PAYING

What did the IRS change that generated that result? Did you forget to claim some income?

Contact TT again, but use the term "Letter from IRS".

Right...Do NOT use the word Refund when entering your problem on the contact website!

We have social security income & reported the $54 interest income we received. Govt, supposedly, overpaid healthcare credits.
